Yoga classes with me are nourishing, joyful & inclusive. I offer lots of modifications - all bodies and abilities are welcome.
I weave tapping, reiki & essential oils in to my classes. You can expect to move with grace & freedom through a gentle vinyasa flow.
Slowing down with meditation, breath-work & restorative poses. Always ending with a lovely long shavasana. You’ll leave feeling rejuvenated, relaxed & smelling divine!
Pregnancy Yoga
As a mother to 3 girls, I have always been passionate about women's bodies and the journey of childbirth. I was fortunate to study with Tara Lee, London's renowned Pregnancy Yoga Teacher.
I absolutely love teaching Pregnancy Yoga, creating intimate circles offering movement, connection & support for local Mums during this magical and life enhancing time.
