A mother of 3, Reiki Master, Yoga Teacher & Holistic Therapist.

A calm, safe space to unwind, heal and restore. Choose from bespoke 1:2:1 healing sessions, yoga classes and Reiki 1, 2 & Master Level training. You can find me in several locations across South East London, and we can work together on zoom. 

My Path...

Having enjoyed a varied and mostly wonderful career in the arts & luxury food industry for nearly 20 years, I took a career break to raise our family & delve deeper in to my holistic studies & self practice. However in 2010, life took an unexpected turn. My husband suddenly fell seriously ill. It was a very frightening and challenging time. Thankfully he made a full recovery. A good friend suggested I try Reiki, as I was exhaused and my energy was totally depleted. I had a few sessions and I found them to be so restorative and healing, I knew I had to go deeper! I found a local Reiki 1 & 2 course and have never looked back. I founded my company East DuIwich Reiki and started treating clients in our beautiful loft at home.

After giving birth to our 3rd baby girl, I undertook the deeper Master Level training with the renowned Reiki Master Torsten Lange. My passion for learning and continuing to develop my skillset is everlasting. I went on to study for an IET diploma (Integrated Energy Therapy: EFT (level 3), NLP & Hypnotherapy).

My multi-faceted toolkit allows me to work intuitively  and with great efficiency, offering bespoke sessions to my lovely clients. I’m passionate about helping others to find balance, access their own healing path and find joy, even in the hardest of times.

I have practised yoga since the age of 17, when I stumbled into an Iyenga class in my local gym in Clapham. I felt so at home on the mat, a lifelong passion was ignited.

I'm a 200 hours certified Yoga Teacher and my yoga classes are gentle and inclusive. All bodies are welcome. 

As a mother to 3 girls, I have always been passionate about women's bodies and the journey of childbirth through to menopause & beyond. I love to teach Pregnancy yoga to small groups in the local community.
